Helpful Tips on Using Coupons

  • Find out which local grocery stores offer double coupons and plan to do alot of shopping at those stores. Even if you have to drive a little further, you will find it will be worth the drive.

  • Go through all the grocery store sale papers weekly and use your coupons when the items are on sale. Try to coordinate this with the stores that offer double coupons. You'll find you can get a lot of stuff for free using coupons.

  • Be organized! Organize your coupons into specific groups, such as frozen foods, paper products, pet foods, etc. Get yourself a file box (or whatever size box you need) to keep your coupons neat.

  • Save your boxtops, labels, UPCs and anything else the companies are requiring for a rebate. Sometimes they will require a copy of your cash register receipt, but usually not with grocery and household items.

  • Surf the net for free coupons. There are many places on the Internet that offer coupon savings on just about everything - online and offline!
